Villa Giona, dwelling of the 16th century, was built by Michele Sanmicheli, a contemporary of Palladio, about a generation older. His classical reference may have influenced Palladio but was himself more influenced by Bramante. Most of his work was around Verona, like this wonderful villa surrounded by a romantic historical park.

This villa was recently restored and divided in one independent apartment four sleeps plus 2 two-rooms suites and 5 double bedrooms 30sqm. large, each with its own bathroom.

The dependence is divided into two comfortable beautiful fully independent apartments two and three sleeps which can be linked to have one single apartment, which can accommodate 5 people. All rooms and apartments are tastefully furnished with some of its original antiques.

Accommodation is offered as Self-catering in the apartment and Dependences and as B&B in the rooms.

The Apartment 4 sleeps:

On the ground floor there is a single bedroom with bathroom for disable, the living room with a kitchenette in the corner, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave.

The Dependences:
40 m. from the villa, inside the park, there is a dependence, which overlook the vineyards. It is divided into two similar apartments 2 sleeps, each with private entrance from the ground floor, where there is a living/dining room with sofa, table with chairs, and a

kitchenette in the corner for a breakfast or a quick meal. On the first floor a comfortable bedroom with its bathroom.

One of the apartments has a canopy and a fireplace in the bedroom.
Both apartments have air-conditioning and have private phone line, safe, TV satellite and connection to Internet.

5 double rooms and 2 suites of 2 rooms (one double and one single bedroom), all with en.suite bathroom, are furnished with particular accuracy in accordance with the magnificence of this splendid villa.

Villa Giona is 8 km far from Verona centre, 12 km from Verona Porta Nuova railway station, 12 km from Highway Verona North and 15 km from the airport Verona 'Valerio Catullo'.
Near the villa can visit the Valpolicella cellars where Amarone wine is produced, excursions to the romantic churches and the beautiful natural surrondings.
25 km abt far there is a Golf club and 30 mins abt far the Garda lake.
