Just off the Trasimeno Lake, on the border between
Umbria ad Tuscany, Villa Ghibellina is a peaceful and fascinating
solid house built with local stones, it has rectagular shape with
smooth ancient arches on the ground floor.
The house is high on the hill, dominating the countryside, where
olive groves are traditionally grown. Its perfect position in the
area, near to Assisi, Spello, Pienza above all, is recommended to
enjoy the visit to the beautiful territory nearby.
Villa Amerina is a fully airconditioned charming 2 levels villa,
at an hour driving distance from the Capital and near to the most
suggestive art cities in Umbria. like Todi, Assisi, Perugia, Narni.
The lady owner lovingly built the villa in her 8000 sqmt garden,
full of fruit and olive trees, with a long covered porch and a small
but well equipped gym room.
The villa has high standard fixtures and warm, elegant furniture.

Beautiful restructured farmhouse located on the top of the hill
just in the entrance of the Hamlet of Farnetta, 16 kms out of Todi,
in the gently rolling hills of Southern Umbria.
The whole house has been carefully furnished with a touch of very
good taste, with family's antiques and comfortable sofas. The ensamble
is very warm and pleasant.

Le Due Colombe is the dependence of the Casale Di Salci, a 19°
century magnificent mansion, perfectly restored, immersed in a hilly
forest.
SALCI is a small Italian unknown jewel: an uninhabited middle age
fortified village surrounded by walls, on the top of a small hill
just on the border between Tuscany and Umbria.
The apartment Le Due Colombe is particularly suitable fot two couples
and one single, who wish to share common spaces while keeping own
privacy and habits in their separate areas.
High class house.
On a hill surrounded by olive-groves, near Spoleto and Assisi, is
situated the ancient fortified Custom House, part of a Castle that
during the 2nd world war was destroyed.
It's a place where to spend pleasant holidays from March to September,
though during winter the scenery is particularly charming due to
the peaceful silence of the nature.
This Umbrian farmhouse, peculiar for the nice interiors and the
naturalistic context in which is set, sprang up with apartments
and swimming pool inside a two hundred and eight hectares farm immersed
in a still uncontaminated land, on the top of a hill four hundred
and fifty metres above Sea level, in a unique position for its panorama
and quietness.
The House, which dates back to the 1200s, has been carefully restored.
All apartments are equipped with all comforts and have been tastefully
furnished with period furniture.
It is set amongst the surrounding greenhills, in the magic atmosphere
of the evocative medieval village of Castel Ritaldi, in the typical
peace and tranquillity of the green region of Umbria.

Villa Fiore is an elegant country house part of a marvellous estate
in Todi.
The house is surrounded by an enchanting park with oaks and other
trees, with a lot of romantic corners. A terrace really unique with
225 square meters, allows you romatique evenings.
Next to the park there is the large and beautiful pool 20 by 10
m with a lovely pool house with a wood oven and a summer kitchenette
very useful for enjoying memorable drinks with friends on the pool
border.
