The villa was built in the end of the 19th century for a German aristocrat, surrounded by a vast private park and was refurbished some years ago respecting the original features.

Thanks to its geographical position near the top of a hill, S.Agata sui due Golfi has a mild, refreshing climate due to the sea breezes and the surrounding woods.

The private beach is 4 km about from the villa.
The four suites and seven bedrooms are elegantly furnished and well finished with elegant details, in the same way as the large suite Penthouse that has views of Vesuvius and of the two Gulfs from its terrace, whereon a Jacuzzi pool offers the luxury of an unforgettable atmosphere.
The style and taste, together with the attention to details make this property unique.
All Rooms have a surface of 45 sq m about (500 sq feet) and a small terrace or balcony with a beautiful view. The en-suite bathrooms have a Jacuzzi.

The suites have a surface of 60 sq m about.
Out of the bedroom the parlour has a double sofa bed and the bathroom has Jacuzzi.
All rooms and suites have TV Sat, A/C, radio, phone and the aged furniture is very well kept.
Breakfast is included.
For a small extra a professional cook is available on request, if agreed in advance, for one meal or both lunch and dinner, for one day or the week long. His attention is always paid to the smallest detail.

He offers exquisite gourmet cuisine of genuine Mediterranean flavours, accompanied by the finest selection of wines, whether in the dining room or an al fresco banquet on the terraces.
His cost is Euro 100 per each meal, food and drinks apart, to be paid for extra against outgo

The house consists of three levels:
GROUNDFLOOR
-A large entrance with sofas area and fireplace.
-A bar in a corner
-A large dining room facing the lawn
-A breakfast room with 4 adjacent bathrooms and two large kitchen, one of which will be given to the guests for their use, while the other is used for kitchen course eventually reserved by the guests themselves.
-A half bath.

FIRST FLOOR
- 5 bedrooms (double or twin, according guest's booking) have en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, TVSat, frigobar, telephone, conditioned air. Every room has a small terrace with table and chairs.
- Two suites (double or twin, according guest's booking) have a double bedroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a double sofabed in the parlor.

SECOND FLOOR
- Two suites (double or twin, according guest's booking) have a double bedroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a double sofabed in the parlor.

- A bedrooms (double or twin, according guest's booking) have en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, TVSat, frigobar, telephone, conditioned air. A small terrace has table and chairs.

THIRD FLOOR
- the Penthouse is a 100 sq m room with bathroom with bath and an additional double sofabed in the sitting room. A Jacuzzi pool is on the private terrace.
From the top terrace a marvellous view can be enjoied all around the property.

A beautiful hearth is in the hall.
The bathrooms too are heated, with towels dryer.
Valuable pictures with sorrentine inlayes are on the walls in the entrance and in the Penthouse.
