The Residence, characteristic & unique Mediterranean architecture, 200 metres (0.10 miles) from the beach of Sicilian northeast coast on the Mediterranean Sea, is located in the heart of the exclusive residential area in the bay of Giardini-Naxos, the first Greek colony in Sicily, 80 metres (0.05 miles) archaeological sites located 5 kilometres (3 miles) from Taormina. The property includes some Two Rooms Apartments and some suites |
| The 2 rooms apartments have a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a Kitchen and a living room with further two beds. The suite has one double and one twin - or bunk - bedroom, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and a very large livingroom with sofas and armchairs, table and chairs All apartments on the first and second floor have a balcony while 2 apartments on the groundfloor have a small court. |

All apartments are fully furnished and include a separate double bedroom, a separate living room / bedroom including up to 3 single beds, a separate kitchen with wash machine, a bathroom with either shower or both shower and bath. On the ground floor, within a common outdoor patio and between banana and orange tree, there are two outdoor showers, one on each side, to be used by all guests when returning from the beach in order to take off the sand from their bodies and to take a refreshing shower before returning to their respective apartments. |
| The our outdoor patio on the ground floor is also being used as parking for a limited number of cars, to be reserved for extra. Individualised guest services, unique excursions to Syracuse, Agrigento, Taormina, Etna volcano, Eolie islands, Piazza Armerina, Palermo, Monreale, etc. Extras:
