It is an ideal place for relaxing but not only… For those interested in a sporting oriented holiday there are good opportunities for trekking, long walks in the beautiful National Park, horse riding and playing golf just few minutes from the house.

For lovers of wine and food San Martino area offers a very good production of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo D.O.C. and a spread of tiny typical restaurants where you can taste the excellent Abruzzese cooking. Abruzzo is also a charming region full of art and traditions all to be discovered…

The villa, on two floors, with all modern amenities, gives comfortable and really spacious accommodation to an extended family group

On the ground floor, a very large rustic kitchen with a huge hearth and two big chestnut wood tables giving seat up to twenty people is really a pleasant place for community life. On the same floor you find a large twin bedroom, a studio, a TV room, a bathroom with shower and a veranda.

From the internal stair case you climb up to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom, a living room with double sofa bed, sitting room with sofa and armchairs and dining corner with table and seats for eight, a second modern and completely equipped kitchen with fireplace, a large larder room, a bathroom with bath.

The roof of the house is a spacious terrace equipped as solarium for the use of guests.
