You will have large spaces wherever you 'll be, in or outside, ground or first floor. In the large surrounding lawn there are a swimming pool and a regular tennis court. Close to these the paddock will host your horse or the ones rented by the near riding centre. 3 kms far an ultralight aircraft club will welcome your one or will rent you one of their ones, with instructor. 250 kms paths in the woods will be too much for your biking, horsebacking or trekking.
