Objective Art & Zen Meditation

1) PAINTING AND MEDITATION COURSES: one week intuitive painting, meditation and relaxation surrounded by peaceful tuscan hills and spectacular views, you can enjoy to experiment different painting technics.
Then, we will play with watercolours, acrylics and ancient Zen-drawing. With the help of meditation and soft music we will let go of ideas and concepts how Art should be and allow our spontanous flow to rejuvenate our body -mind. We will learn to catch the moment and the energy of the nature around us- and paint it. We will discover that each of us has a unique talent and in our silence lays the source of our creativity.

2) MEDITATION COURSES: one week Meditation - to relax and discover yourself the aesthetic park of the comfortable villa on top of a hill with spectacular views transmits a feeling of Well-being, Relaxation and Silence.
This atmosphere will support us participating in various interesting meditations - as a way to lovingly encounter and explore ourselves.
Bodyoriented active meditations release stress and allow the natural energy flow. With the receptive meditations we will sharpen the Awareness of our Senses and deepen it.this creates a Harmony between Body-Mind-Heart. Then we dive deeply into Silence. We encounter our Being it unveils the Truth - which is Fulfillment Blissfulness and inner Peace. To integrate this space we will be in silence sometime.

Teachers:
Painting: Maria Teresa Trincucci
She is born 1960, she studied Art at Bologna University, 7 years member of the Osho Academy of creative arts, 7 years she studied Zen Art in the temples of Kyoto (Japan).
Her painting collection have been shown in galleries in Japan, Italy, India and Germany.

Meditation: Narayandas Höhenrieder
He has 28 years experience on the work and the teaching of inner consciousness gained through many therapygroups and constant meditations formed in Dehypnosis,Tibetanhealing,Tantra Aurasoma, provides him a broad spectrum of understanding to work efficiently in the last 10 Years he has totally dedicated himself to retreats of meditations and silence in Himalaya.

· The course is hold at IL Forte from may to september, from sunday to friday, from 10 to 13.30.
· Painting equipment if required will be provided and it's not included in the price.
· It is also possible to participate on a full day program or book individual sessions which can be done during the course.

Price for the weekly course: Euros 340 for each person. Num. mininum persons: 5.
