Dipped in the olive grove which forms terraces on the hill side, it has a forest of acacias and maritime pines on the background.

The house is stably inhabited by the owners that in the summery period move to their property on the coast.

The house, a typical stone Tuscan old construction with the characteristics mandolate - the wall with small holes for refreshing the hay -, has fine interior finishings with wooden floor and cotto floor on the two terraces.

The house can host 5 to 6 people on two staggered levels and is composed of a studio-veranda with a single sofabed and a very large window - over 5 m. - that can be completely opened directly on the swimming pool.

On the lower level there are also a double bedroom with a bathroom with double sink and shower; a twin bedroom with bathroom with bath and a bedroom with a French bed; a laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment.

On the Upper level- only some steps up - the kitchen with a big refrigerator, the oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the kitchen appliances, a small larder and a large livingroom with a table with chairs, a sofa and TVSet.

The 4000 sq m fenced garden with automatic gate, is covered by olive trees and oleanders and equipped with a barbeque, tables and chairs, two city-bikes and a ping-pong.

The swimming pool, built with concrete, measure 5.50x10.50 m. and has a solarium with sun beds.
