La Divina Costiera, a former Saracen tower, is a truly exceptional property built into the slope of a steep hillside on the meandering coastline between Maiori and Vietri, along the Amalfi Coast, well known for the natural beauty of its landscapes rich of lemon groves, Mediterranean scrub and thousands of sea-inlets.
The property is accessed through a ramp from the road that runs along the whole of the Sorrentine peninsula.

The villa is on three floors.
There is a large car-parking area at the entrance, just in front of the guest house.
The building is surrounded by gardens and furnished terraces with stunning view of the Amalfi bay and of the Gulf of Salerno.
The swimming pool lays on top of the property sharing a terrace with a pool house and lounges.
Just below there is the sun-bathing terrace where a hydro massage tub is screened by palm trees.
A comfortable solar shower is close to the hydro massage bath.
From everywhere a fantastic panorama of the gulf explodes.
The interiors are comfortably furnished in a simple, local style with modern furniture and a few antiques.

Very well equipped, it has a washing-machine and dishwasher, TV satellite, telephone, stereo with CD player and ventilators or ceiling funs in all the bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories.
Many restaurants are in short distance. Shops are in Majori, 4 kms far, where there is a pleasant beach and a boat can be also hired.

Amalfi is 9 kms away, Positano 20 kms, and Salerno 14.
The price includes a cleaning service 6 days a week, Sunday excluded.

The house is accessed from the garden and from the parking area.

UPPER GROUND FLOOR
The large circular dining-room has access to the panoramic terraces with view of the sea. A half bath is on the floor.
The kitchen is fully furnished, has a table and French window to the large furnished terrace with dining area - a breakfast table under a pergola and a barbecue - and view of the sea.

MIDDLE FLOOR
Here is a large circular suite with a reading corner with table and chair, a double four-poster bed and a bathroom with bath.
A few steps leads to a double bedroom linked to another double bedroom, with a bathroom with shower.
One bedroom can also be accessed from outside through a French window.

LOWER FLOOR
Where a double bedroom with a four-poster bed and a bathroom with shower in the rock, has access to the large panoramic terrace.

THE GUEST HOUSE
Is an annex to the main building, with:

-a very large and comfortable living room with access from the terrace and parking,
-a half bath.
-a double bedroom with WC with en-suite half bath,
-a twin bedroom with bathroom with cabin shower

POOL HOUSE
Changing room. 2 Showers, one of which solar. Pergola with table and chairs. WC. Jacuzzi hydro massage for 6 people.
