Casa dei Cervi is an high class property, whose name is due to the deers (it. cervi) raised for centuries. The landscape is unique, with castles on the hills along the river below. The house can accomodate 7 + 2 people very comfortably.

Very close to the ancient town of Gubbio, Casa dei Cervi was built 300 years ago. Recently carefully restored it maintains all that special flavour of the ancient mansion, as it features antique furnishing together with modern design solutions, for greatest confort.

The house is on two levels, both with direct acces the garden. The main entrance is from the upper level ,through a patio framed with plants there is the access to the huge living room (80 sqmt- 860 sqft). This spacious area, with authentic wood beamed ceilings, shows 15th and 16h centuries antique furniture, collections of paintings, 17th century geographical map, as well as modern supplies.

- a large sitting area with sofas, Le corbusier chaise longue, two Breuer chairs and table, Sony wide screen satellite TV, DVD player, home theatre system with Dolby Digital surround, VCR.

The open air kitchen has 5 fires gas burner and oven, microwave, a large fridge-freezer, waste dispose in the sink, a classic fire place and wood burning pizza oven , a dishwasher and all modern electrical appliances as coffee machine, electrical kettle, toaster, orange squeezer, mixer blender, robot mizer.

On the same level there is a large luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi. From a small library-studio bedroom and a seating area a fully equipped gym and the indoor beautiful swimming pool can be reached. The pool is inset with full size windows to allow maximum light and atmosphere.

From the living room a staircase leads to the lower level with all private areas:

- The master suite, in the former cows stall place retains the original wooden through and marble floorings. It ,features a canopied king size bed with sitting area,marble fireplace and French door for access to the patio and garden.Antique furnishing all over. All modern appliances complete this unique space, such as wi-fi high speed internet, fax,and all office utilities. a tv with home theatre is also set in this incredibile room. On the same floor there are also another king size bedroom, complete of hi-fi, sitting area, with private access to vine covered terrace, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a large luxury bathroom with shower,antique cast bath tub and professional hair dryer, a kitchenette and a laundry with washing machine.

The villa is surrounded by a well taken care garder, with outdoor eating area with dining table for 12 and iron barbecue, close to the wisteria covered facade. Children games, playhouse and inflatable kids pool 4-2mt 50 cm deep avalable for family safety and amusement.

Another apartment is available in walking distance in case of larger group.

Located in an area from where all the best spots in Umbria, Marche and Northern Tuscany can be reached, Casa dei Cervi is the perfect place to enjoy calmness, privacy, luxury and a quiet and confortable vacation. Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, The Frasassi Caves and other mirable spots are short distance farRimini's beaches on the Adriatic Coast less then 1 and half hours drive, Florence 2 hours, Rome 2 and half.

Free time:
2 mountain bikes, 1 bmx bike, 1 canoe at guests disposal.
On request, horseback excursions from the villa and rafting on the river Chiascio are available, also hand gliding, paragliding and ultralight flying are available close by in the renowned Cucco mountain.

-Deer hunting from September to April , prices from €500 per animal to €3000 for our best trophy animals
-Horse riding, the stables are 15 minutes by car from the house,€ 20 per person per hour
-Groceries shopping € 15, seen all shops are closed on Sunday and most times the clients arrive too late or too tired to shop on Saturdays,
-the clients can send a groceries list at least 4 days before arrival and the landlord will do their food shopping and have it ready for them in the house.
