Well connected by public transport - tramway, bus and underground (15 mins far)- with the historical centre of Rome, just in front of the park 'Villa Gordiani' on the Via Prenestina, in a quiet zone and very close to an important shopping area, this apartment is located in a building with a resident porter.

The apartment, fully equipped also for a long stay, has been recently restored and provided of new furniture.

It consists of a double bedroom with possibility to add a third bed, a large living room, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. In the living room a special sofa is convertible in two real comfortable beds.

Cutlery, crockery and pots are provided as well as sheets and towels. An electric water heater provides constant hot water.


Central heating during the winter months.
A TV set, a washing machine and a safe (with electronic combination) give this apartment the max comfort for long stays, holidays or business trips.

If the idea of tasting genuine Italian home cooking appeals to you then Signora Rosa, who lives close to the apartment, would be happy to prepare pasta/cakes/pastries etc. upon request.

Car not needed.
The apartment is in easy reach from the Fiumicino airport, by metro-train till central railway station in 30 mins and by tramway in 20 mins.
