This villa was built in the end of the 19th century and still belongs to the descendents of the same family,who spend their summer holidays there.
It is located on the Thyrrenian coast,close to Palinuro, a very nice and well known holidays' place in the so called "Cilento", 90 km about south of Salerno.

A very mild climate and all around 12 hectares, what it remains of the ancient farm.
From a hill it dominates the blue and clean sea of the gulf which ends in Cape Palinuro, 25 km. ahead. Positioned in the country, 1,5 km only from the village of Pioppi, a summer holidays place with hotel and shops, in walking distance from the beach, this is the right accommodation for one or two families with children, looking for the sun and relax of south Italy, far from the roads and in full privacy.

.	Ten km far there are the ruins of the ancient Elea, including the Greek theatre where, during the summer, you can enjoy with Greek classical comedies. Paestum is 50 km. far and the wonderful Certosa di Padula 2 hours about. The Sorrentine peninsula 90 km far.

The entrance to the living is from a wide, liveable terrace with a magnificent sight on the Gulf.
In the wide living room there are a table with 8 chairs and sofas and arm chairs.
From the living room there is access to the rest of the house composed of one single and three double bed rooms for total 7 sleeps, a second small living between the last two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

No heating, but in this region the climate is very mild and in the coldest months to electric heater are all what necessary.
The furniture are in part original from the grandmother's times and in part modern, in the whole pleasant and good also for an extended stay.
