In the heart of Rome downtown, between Via Nazionale and the Roman forum, in walking distance from the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, the Coliseum, this pied-a-terre is on the ground floor of an ancient building.


"Monti" is a district of small streets traffic-limited, with shops, café and restaurants, inhabited mostly by people who lives there from many generations.

The 35-sqm apartment just restored, is simply but comfortably furnished and consists of an entrance (safe door) with a single sofa bed and access to the bathroom with shower.

From the entrance a door to the bed/living room with a double sofa bed, table and chairs, chest of drawers, TV set and door the kitchen that is fully equipped with all necessary for a long stay.


The livingroom has a French door - and the kitchen a window - on a 30 sqm. private court with sun umbrella, table and chairs and a barbecue. .
This is in the whole a very simple but nice and comfortable accommodation for a couple with child.
