The property features the main house, an elegant Liberty style mansion and a two apartments dependence. Both have been sapiently and carefully restored.

A very well taken care lawn frames the 6m x 12m swimming pool.There are barbecue and ping pong tables in an annexe close to the swimming pool.

A separate equipped room is the place where beauty and relaxing massages or ayurveda treatments may be taken on request.

ACCOMMODATION:
The main house has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus a half bath.
Groundfloor
Two loggias, one outside the livingroom and one outside the kitchen, are the best place to have dinner. The kitchen is very large, fully equipped and with a large table with chairs and a sofa. The living room has a fireplace.

On the groundfloor a suite has bathroom with bath and shower, while the twin bedroom has a bath in the corridor.
A half bath is also very useful.
On the first floor one of the two double bedrooms has en-suite bathroom. A twin bedroom has use of a bath room with bath in the corridor.
A staircase leads to the mansard where two double bedrooms share one bathroom.
Comfortable country style furniture.
The villa can be rented without the Mansard, for max 10 sleeps

DEPENDENCE
Apartment 1
This apartment is part of the country house. It is extremely comfortable and enjoys a magnificent view of the grounds.
It is two-storey, the ground floor being composed of a large lounge, a dining room and a separate kitchen (all leading out onto the gardens), plus a large bathroom with bath. There is also an inviting, large, shaded terrace where guests can dine and relax.

The first floor consists of three double bedrooms, two of which having two single beds, and the master bedroom suite consisting of a double bed and unsuited bathroom with shower.
Apartment 2
This apartment is the second part of the country house. It consists of a large lounge with dining area, a large kitchen, two double bedrooms and a well equipped bathroom. There is also a small private garden where guests can dine and relax.

FREE TIME:
The Natural Park Colli Euganei deserves the visit and guests can practice outdoors sports like trekking, mountain bike, horse riding and golf.
The guests can book a "Beauty Day",the health and esthetic daily treatments, at the ancient Thermal SPAS of Abano and Montegrotto.

WHERE TO GO
Guests should not miss a visit to the famous Veneto art and historical cities of Padova (15 km), Venice 50 km, Verona 80 km and Vicenza 60 km.

EAT-PARADE - Difficult to suggest special dishes as the area is full of D.O.C. products and fantastic wines.
