Indoors:
A spacious sitting room has fireplace and TVSat and the dinning room/kitchen has a hearth.

On the groundfloor are also a cloakroom, an utility room with a bathroom with shower and alaundry with washing and drying machine or sun dry.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with efrigerator, freezer, dish-washer, caffe machine, microwave, oven.


The master bedroom has en suite bathroom. Two more double/twin bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

All interior furniture have old and modern picture and a finishing touch of the 16th century.

Villa La Bicocca is surrounded in a lush cypresses and olive grove of a Chianti hill.

The environs around the villa are wonderfool, the sunset are fantastic.


The prestige of this villa is its vicinity to the oldest golf course of Tuscany - about 86 years - built by the english community in 1920 about, so near offering recreation activity like healtness fitness, tennis, horse riding, treaking, walking in forest.

The local market is reacheable in 25 minutes by bus or 15 by car .

Spend your holiday on a confortable armchair in the garden, reading a book under the Chianti sun or under the shade of an olive tree.
