L'Attico is a penthouse situated in one of the quietest yet central districts in Rome, preferred by upper class families and steps from the former patrician Villa Pamphili Public Park and from the Gianicolo Hill.

Browsing around the roman city center is very easy from the apartment, as many buses take you in few minutes directly to Trastevere and across the Tiber river to the true crowded city center; especially a jumbo tram can be suggested as it moves on protected railway, assuring both avoiding the traffic jam and enjoying a relaxing city tour.

The district of Monteverde is well positioned near to the famous Trastevere area, with lots of bars, pizzerias and restaurants and a dazzling nightlife, and to the panoramic site of Gianicolo Hill, which is among the Rome Seven Hills, the one with the most spectacular view over Rome, among greens and trees around the Statue of the Renaissance Hero Giuseppe Garibaldi.
A puppets theatre at definite hours, is always the attraction for the kids from all over the world.
